Grab these ingredients Najma Breaded Chicken Fillets Cooked white rice 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste 1 carrot chopped 1 onion chopped 1/2 cup cream coconut 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp honey 1 tbs oil Salt to taste Chopped spring onions Fresh chilli chopped 1/4 tsp of nigella seeds In a pan, drizzle some oil, throw in the onions, and fry till soft. Add in carrots, ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, cream coconut, honey, and salt. Mix together and cook on medium heat for 2-3 min. In the meantime, pop the Najma Breaded Chicken fillets in the oven for 15 mins till hot and crispy. Blitz the curry mixture till smooth. You can add a little water if the sauce is too thick. Slice up your chicken fillets, serve over some rice, and pour the curry sauce. Gqrniah with fresh chopped chilli, spring onions, and sprinkle some nigella seeds.
